All members are covered by hole-in-one insurance. If a member scores an ace in an 18 hole Association tournament, the Association (to cover celebration costs) will cover the expense of one drink per player in that tournament. Any member scoring a witnessed hole-in-one, at any time, will receive a trophy upon prompt notification to the Board

Tournament Winners

Official winners of all tournaments will be posted on the Association’s web site within one week of notification.

Prize Distribution

For Local Club Tournaments – Prizes will be distributed by the club tournament director. Trophies, gift certificates, hole prizes can usually be claimed by the member at the tournament, at a dinner / lunch for that tournament, or at the first club meeting following the tournament.

For Association Tournaments – All pries will be presented at the conclusion of the tournament at the golf course or at the tournament dinner. In the event the recipient of the prize is unable to receive the award. All awards will be shipped to the recipient’s home address as listed with the Association.

Tie-Breaking Procedures

Tournament ties may be broken by sudden death play-off on the same day at the tournament site if possible. If not possible and for all other tournaments, we will use the USGA method of matching cards.
